Altra Renovations offers residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services in St. Catharines and the Niagara region.

Services include but are not limited to:

✔ Electrical repairs, wiring, and installations.

✔ Lighting solutions and panel upgrades.

✔ Maintenance and emergency electrical services.

3. Payment & Pricing

✔ Quotes & Estimates: Valid for 30 days and subject to change.

✔ Payment Terms: Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise stated.

✔ Deposits: Required for large projects; non-refundable if materials are ordered.

✔ Late Fees: Applied to unpaid invoices past due dates.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

✔ Service Cancellation: Allowed before work begins without penalty.

✔ Deposits: Non-refundable if project-specific materials have been ordered.

✔ Refunds: Only provided if a service is incomplete due to our fault.

5. Limitation of Liability

Altra Renovations is not liable for:

✔ Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

✔ Electrical failures caused by pre-existing conditions or third-party equipment.

✔ Delays due to weather, supplier shortages, or unforeseen circumstances.

All work performed follows Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC) standards, but we are not responsible for modifications made after service completion.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

✔ Workmanship Guarantee: We guarantee our electrical work for [X months/years].

✔ Manufacturer Warranties: Third-party warranties apply as per the manufacturer’s policies.

Customers must report any issues within the warranty period for resolution.
